Ordering

All orders must be placed by fax or in writing. When jobs are ordered by fax, and confirmed by email, the confirmation must be clearly marked CONFIRMATION OF FAX ORDER. Otherwise, the written order will be treated as a fresh job and charged for accordingly.

Returns fax confirmations

It is the customer's responsibility to check the fax confirmation is correct,we can not be held responsible for any errors not reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Delivery

Every effort is made to complete orders within 7 working days; however this may vary on quantity of order and stock. A delivery date will always be given on confirmation, no liabilities can be accepted for any delays to this target. It is the customer's responsibility to check goods for damage upon delivery.

Posting

In the case of written or faxed orders, confirmation or complaints, proof of posting or fax transmission can not be accepted as proof of receipt.
