SHIPPING & RETURNS

  

Deliveries

Orders are delivered via courier. Delivery charges are shown on our invoices (and are subject to change) Full kitchens are palletised and small orders will be posted out in boxes. Approximate delivery times once dispatched will be confirmed via email/fax/phone.

 

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery from confirmation of your order. Orders from stock are usually within 7-10 days. Our courier will not be able to delivery items over weekends and Public Holidays. Deliveries to private addresses will incur an additional charge if a second delivery is required. If any item is out of stock we will advise

You of an approx delivery date and hold the order until it is complete unless otherwise agreed.

  

Returns & Refunds

All orders must be checked immediately upon delivery and any shortages/damages must be reported within 24hrs. Please ensure delivery note is signed and any packaging damage is noted on the courier's paperwork. In the event of a damaged part we will arrange collection and once checked we will redeliver a new part as required, please note all returned goods must be in there original packaging for a credit or replacement to be issued.

 

We will refund the value of unwanted returned items less delivery costs and a 25% restocking charge, providing the goods are in perfect condition. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. In this instance, you will be notified.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, items should be returned to us as new in original, undamaged and fully re-saleable packaging. Please note that the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend that you send them by registered post, retaining proof of postage.

 

Faulty Goods

If the item is faulty, we will arrange to have your product collected in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to charge for the collection if it is deemed not to be a manufacturing fault or is due to damage, which we were not notified within 24hrs of delivery. Any claims for goods received damaged or defective must be made within 24 hrs of receipt of goods.
